Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks an experienced Production Technician to assist in the operation of the Entertainment Department, including set up and tear down of events property wide, and to help prepare stages, lighting, and sound equipment for professional shows.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of event/concert production experience, ability to read policies, and willingness to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school certificate; 3+ years event/concert production experience.
• Must be able to read and understand company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and tear down of events across the property.
• Assemble and disassemble trusses, stages, lighting and sound components.
• Load in before shows and load out after performances of equipment, instruments, wardrobe, tools, etc.
• Repair and maintain lighting, sound, and fly systems to avoid delays.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
