Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an Entertainment Crew Chief in Tampa. You will lead show crews, design and coordinate technical elements, and mentor technicians to ensure safe, high‑quality performances across venues and events.

You will collaborate with Stage Managers and production teams, oversee SOPs, and manage multiple projects while maintaining peak show readiness and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a theme park/theatrical/event environment with training and repair in at least three areas.
• BA in Technical Theatre or equivalent experience preferred.
• Able to lead and oversee Entertainment technicians for builds, installs, strikes, operation, maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shows and events teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Design plots, drafting, installation, programming as required.
• Train technicians on SOPs and show/strike procedures.
• Coordinate with Stage Manager, Theatrical Services, and production teams.
• Maintain safety protocols and inspection records for equipment.
