SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a seasoned Supervisory Stage Manager to support shows, events, and costumed character productions at our Tampa area parks. You will oversee assigned operations teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure artistic and operational integrity across productions.

Responsibilities include supervising team performance, training and development, and collaborating with Entertainment, Theming, Operations and Theatrical Services to meet park goals while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associates or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years professional supervisory stage management experience preferred.
• 2 years professional entertainment or theme park experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team member supervision, show/event quality assurance, safety, and venue operations.
• Training and development, evaluation, team member performance supervision and department safety initiatives.
