Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a project-based production supervisor to oversee installation, rehearsal, and operation of shows across assigned venues. You will lead daily operations, create schedules, and ensure safety and show integrity throughout production cycles.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with experience in theater or related media production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading a team with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, rehearsal, and operation of assigned venue shows.
• Create detailed Cast and Crew schedules and manage daily park operation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and show integrity; manage training protocols.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments and contractors.
• Handle administrative tasks: budgets, punch lists, calendars, and archives.
• Develop ambassador training and conduct performance feedback sessions.
