Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative or customer service role.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with databases and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather rental details from clients and relay to the Events Rental Team.
• Set up new accounts, obtain insurance certificates, file contracts and reports.
• Maintain knowledge of all Quixote products and services.
• Maintain excellent customer service to maximize sales revenue.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the movement of products to customers.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues.
