Heritage Auctions in Beverly Hills is seeking a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to grow audiences and business results across Entertainment and Pop Culture categories. You will develop social strategy, identify stories, manage influencer and paid social campaigns, and craft platform-specific content.

The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment with hands-on production skills, can edit or direct photo/video content, and collaborates with marketing, creative, and events teams.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven success growing audiences across multiple platforms.
• Ability to create and edit photo, video, and written content.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Strong writing and project-management skills.
• Interest in entertainment, pop culture, and creator communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Entertainment and Pop Culture categories.
• Manage an integrated content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Identify trends and moments for timely content.
• Create or direct platform-specific content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Edit video and stills; publish and quality-check content.
• Manage influencer relationships and paid campaigns.
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns and measure ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, PR, and events teams.
• Support auctions, conventions, and events, including travel as needed.
