Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Entertainment Operations Analyst to monitor guest satisfaction metrics and reconciliation reports, while partnering with Finance to track budgets. You will use Qualtrics, Essbase, Power BI, Tableau, and recruiting software to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decisions for the Entertainment Departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, CS, or related field.
• Expert Excel knowledge required.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics preferred.
• SQL and data visualization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 2–3 years of data analytics and financial reporting experience.
• This is an in-office role in South Florida; must be in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report guest satisfaction metrics and NPS using Qualtrics.
• Manage reconciliation reports for Entertainment Departments and collaborate with Finance on budgets.
• Develop operational dashboards and ad-hoc reports to show spending trends.
• Analyze department revenue and track month-to-date results.
• Consolidate and submit monthly reconciliation reports to Finance.
• Maintain guest demographics data and support recruiting KPI tracking.
• Identify trends, root causes of feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
