Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to transform financial and operational data into trusted reporting and insights for shoreside and shipboard stakeholders. You will design, develop, and maintain data warehouses and reporting solutions, and deliver Tableau and Power BI dashboards while ensuring data accuracy.

The role partners with finance, operations, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, answer strategic questions, and translate findings into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis or BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Power BI; knowledge of data warehousing and data quality.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling.
• Experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cruise industry, hospitality, Oracle EBS, or ERP/financial-systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, clean, and preprocess financial and operational data; perform reconciliations.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses for shipboard and shoreside teams.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Power BI; communicate trends and risks.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and actions.
• Maintain reporting and data-warehouse solutions; improve methods and ensure quality.
