Level99 Entertainment in Natick, MA is seeking a Manager on Duty/Keyholder to lead daily operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will take on shift leadership, coach the team, and maintain policy and safety standards across the venue.

• Oversee staffing, shift flow, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality experience
• Maintain accountability for cash handling, POS systems, and overall operational accuracy
• Support event execution and coordinate with internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery

OVERVIEW

You set the standard for the Level99 experience. As a Keyholder, you’ll lead from the floor, take control of the shift, and step into the Manager on Duty role to keep the Venue running at a high level. You’ll work alongside the Team, make real-time decisions, and ensure every part of the operation stays on track. OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• Minimum 1 year experience working as a leader of people in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business
• Minimum 1 year experience as a keyholder in a previous position
• Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certified

$20 - $23 an hour
