Responsibilities

• Demonstrates responsibility and support for upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue, ensuring compliance with laws, insurance requirements, and company policies.
• Prioritizes the players experience by anticipating needs and providing timely suggestions to the Entertainment team.
• Models authentic, warm, approachable, and humble interactions and instills best-in-class service thinking in the team.
• Upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across the business, including product, experience, and display standards, and environmental cleanliness and organization.
• Leads team members through operational execution, including shift tasks, POS functions, guest service, and facilities upkeep.
• Maintains guest safety within the venue, addressing any risks to health and welfare and driving immediate resolution.
• Supports change management communications for new products and services, guiding the team to optimal performance.
• Monitors labor and controllable costs to stay within company guidelines.
• Executes venue opening/closing procedures and demonstrates cash handling skills.
• Takes initiative to identify needs and collaborates with Entertainment Management to improve guest experience and venue performance.
