Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Lombard, IL is seeking a part-time Resident Activities Assistant to support resident engagement and event programming.

You will assist in planning monthly calendars, procuring performers, providing seminars, maintaining the resident library, and driving residents to events. The role requires a cheerful attitude, strong customer service, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule: Part‑Time. Saturdays only, 9:30am-4:30pm.
