Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time activities assistant to help plan and execute resident activities, develop monthly calendars, arrange performers, and support a vibrant social life for residents. You will drive residents to events in a 12-passenger vehicle, communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff, and maintain the resident library.

A high school diploma and valid driver\'s license with clean driving record are required, and weekend work is expected; benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
