Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant in Albuquerque to support resident engagement and event planning. You will help develop monthly calendars, coordinate activities, and transport residents to events with a patient, friendly approach.

Ideal candidates demonstrate clear communication, reliable organization, and a strong focus on customer service while following safety and program guidelines. This is a full-time role with benefits and a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Salary: $14.50 - $16.70 per hour

Schedule: Full Time, Friday - Monday

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
