Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring for a full-time role focused on supporting residents through engaging activities, calendar planning, and transport assistance. You will help plan events, arrange performers, and accompany residents to activities, ensuring a positive, safe living environment.

Applicants should be 21+, hold a HS diploma, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and demonstrate strong customer service and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self‑motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
