Job summary

Gallagher in New York seeks a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to support an Entertainment clients book. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions and build lasting relationships.

You’ll manage renewals, identify coverage gaps, and supervise team members while ensuring compliance and accurate data across Gallagher systems. This role offers growth and a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service management experience.
• Active Property and Casualty Producer's License.
• Proficiency with EPIC and MS Office.
• Insurance industry experience with middle-market solutions.
• CISR, CIC, CPCU designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal process by gathering client information and tailoring solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive additional sales.
• Build relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Use Gallagher technology to improve productivity.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
