Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of script clearance memos and reports using SCOUT.
• Draft permission letters and legal Release forms for Analyst review.
• Maintain and update SCOUT status reports and department records.
• Coordinate with Analysts to prioritize clearance requests and follow up on urgent items.
