Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring Technicians to maintain, repair, and support our games and entertainment systems. You will ensure electrical and mechanical components are safe, functioning, and well-maintained, while delivering high safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, guest interaction, troubleshooting, inventory, and maintaining the mechanic shop. Availability for days, nights and weekends is required; we promote a culture of FUN and safety.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and ability to engage Guests.
• Proven teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn multiple systems supporting the business.
• General knowledge of repair/maintenance of arcade equipment and bowling hardware.
• Practical use of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic use of hand tools; able to work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome Guests and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, and pinsetters.
• Disassemble/repair components like bearings, coils, wiring.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Keep mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
