Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking an Entertainment Center Attendant to support the bowling lanes, cinema and arcade areas with exceptional guest service and maintenance oversight.

You will greet guests, handle cash transactions, and ensure all venues remain clean, safe and well-presented throughout shifts, including nights and weekends. The role requires physical activity, teamwork, and adherence to policies in a smoke-positive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in GED program within six months from start date
• Must be sixteen years of age or older
• One year cash handling experience – Preferred
• Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
• Must be able to lift and carry thirty pounds
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments and have flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment
• Must be able to walk or stand for entirety of shift
• Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position
• Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license)
• Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment

Responsibilities

• Maintains the bowling lanes; Including stripping, oiling, and finishing with the use of a Brunswick floor machine
• Learns and oversees the maintenance of the Vector scoring system, troubleshoots the scoring system, and understands how the scorer components function and interconnect
• Processes cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change; Checks identification for age restricted movies
• Works all necessary equipment throughout the Entertainment Center
• Performs preventative maintenance in all venues
• Ensures that all Entertainment Center venues stays in a clean and sanitized fashion
• Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every interaction with all guests
• Stands and walks, continuously, throughout the entire shift
• Cleans outlet areas, including counter tops, display shelves, storage areas and lounge areas on a continuous basis
• Walks up and down stairs continuously throughout shifts
• Addresses and solves any concerns and questions customers may have
• Has and maintains a stable, positive background, and assumes responsibility
• Adheres to all company standards and operating policies
• Assumes special projects as needed at the direction of the immediate supervisor
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
