Allied Global Marketing in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an Account Coordinator to support marketing and promotional campaigns in our Minneapolis office. You will help ideate and execute campaigns for clients in entertainment, build media relationships, and staff events from planning to on-site delivery.

The role requires 1+ years in marketing/promotions, a relevant degree, and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced agency environment. Hybrid in-person/remote work with evening/night events included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time or relevant intern experience in marketing, publicity, and/or promotions.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred.
• Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of clients and projects at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with media and press.

Responsabilités

• Assist on ideation and execution of general market campaigns for entertainment clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, promotional contacts, market influencers, community leaders, and grassroots organizations.
• Plan and staff events from start to finish, including execution at high-traffic festivals and events.
• Prepare research, recaps, and reports for clients under multiple deadlines.
• Create copy for pitches, talking points, and social media.
• Support multiple account leads at once and guide interns in account execution.
