Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our growing team. The candidate will manage Enterprise level Engineering applications, supporting implementations, migrations, upgrades, maintenance, and daily operations. Experience with Solidworks PDM Professional, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is preferred. The role requires self-direction and the ability to support multiple teams and systems, with a focus on optimizing our Engineering toolset for our next-generation products.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Support SolidWorks landscape across multiple segments
• Implement, migrate, upgrade, and maintain global Engineering systems (SolidWorks, Atlassian, Ansys, Altium)
• Configure workflows, permission groups, data cards, and automate tasks within PDM Professional
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Networking, and Security teams
• Manage end-user incident queue
• Create documentation and Knowledge Base articles
• Manage FlexLM license servers
• Onboard and offboard end-users in Engineering applications
• Support Engineering applications on Windows and Linux servers
• Act as liaison between Engineering and IT departments
• Support database queries in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Support Jira tasks including project creation and workflows to automate processes
• Understand and document stakeholder requirements
• Maintain and troubleshoot LDAP synchronization issues

Job Qualifications

• Strong experience with SolidWorks environments
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Familiarity with Linux
• Proficiency in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement
• Knowledge of application security
• Debugging skills for complex technical issues
• US Citizenship required; no work visa sponsorship available
