Job Summary:

We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our growing team. The hire will be responsible for managing Enterprise level Engineering applications. The Applications Analyst will support our business in implementations, migrations, upgrades, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in, but not limited to, managing Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Fisheye. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting multiple teams, systems and products. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing and designing our company’s Engineering toolset to support our next generation of products.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for implementation, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance of global Engineering systems including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye and SolidWorks PDM Professional.
2. Work closely with Trade Compliance, Networking and Security teams.
3. Manage day-to-day end-user incident queue.
4. Create documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
5. Update PowerShell scripts used for automation.
6. Onboard / Offboard end-users in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and miscellaneous Engineering applications.
7. Support Engineering applications running on Windows and Linux servers.
8. Act as a liaison between Engineering and Information Technology departments.
9. Support database querying in MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
10. Support numerous Jira tasks including (not limited to) project creation, workflows, post-functions to assist end-users with automating software development or issue management processes.
11. Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for effective communication to project teams.
12. Maintain and troubleshoot LDAP synchronization issues with various web-based applications.
13. Install and update Atlassian plugins.

Job Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Fisheye).
2. Experience with Jenkins.
3. Some understanding of Solidworks / Solidworks PDM environments.
4. Familiarity with Linux.
5. Proficient in MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
6. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Familiarity with application security.
8. Debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components.
