Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our growing team. The candidate will manage enterprise-level engineering applications, supporting implementations, migrations, upgrades, maintenance, and daily operations. Experience with SolidWorks PDM Professional, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is preferred. The role requires self-direction and the ability to support multiple teams and systems, with a focus on optimizing our engineering toolset for future products.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support SolidWorks environment across multiple segments
2. Implement, migrate, upgrade, and maintain global engineering systems including SolidWorks, Atlassian tools, Ansys, and Altium
3. Configure and maintain workflows, permission groups, data cards, automated tasks, scripts, and environment settings
4. Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Networking, and Security teams
5. Manage end-user incident queue and create documentation and knowledge base articles
6. Manage FlexLM license servers and onboard/offboard users
7. Support engineering applications on Windows and Linux servers
8. Act as liaison between Engineering and IT departments
9. Support database queries in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
10. Handle Jira tasks related to project creation, workflows, and automation
11. Understand and document stakeholder requirements
12. Troubleshoot LDAP synchronization issues

Job Qualifications

1. Strong experience with SolidWorks environments
2. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
3. Familiarity with Linux
4. Proficiency in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
5. Ability to perform root cause analysis and improve processes
6. Knowledge of application security
7. Debugging skills for complex technical issues
8. U.S. Citizenship required; no visa sponsorship available
