Job summary

Toll Brothers in Tampa, Florida, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, is seeking a Purchasing Solutions Manager to join our team in a hybrid role with three days on-site each week. The Manager, Purchasing Solutions will maintain national governance, support divisions in EnterpriseOne, and promote standardized processes across the organization.

The role requires strong EnterpriseOne technical skills and business-process experience, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities to help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Residential Purchasing or related field.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• Experience with EnterpriseOne (E1) Homebuilder Sales Solution (HBSS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New community setup: understand trade setup and collaborate with Division teams to enable on-time openings.
• Ongoing support: implement national purchasing strategies and update setups as numbers change.
• Provide end-user support and document Purchasing setup processes and trade strategies.
• Collaborate on enhancements to existing applications and test solutions before deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure data validity across systems.
