Toll Brothers is seeking a Purchasing Solutions Manager in Fort Washington, PA, to oversee national governance for community setups in EnterpriseOne (E1) and to support divisional purchasing teams. The role combines governance, process improvement, and hands-on system optimization in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in residential purchasing, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with EnterpriseOne HBSS and BuildPro.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Residential Purchasing or related residential building sector.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1).

Responsabilidades

• Set up new communities with enterprise-wide consistency and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to Division teams on E1 processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize purchasing workflows and data reliability.
• Test enhancements and document setup procedures.
• Support end users and develop training materials.
• Coordinate data validation and trade code mapping during Phase 2 conversions.
