Job summary

HCL Technologies seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture professional to design and drive solutions aligned with business objectives. You will develop roadmaps for IT optimization and participate in RFP/RFI activities, due diligence, and pre-sales support to ensure governance and delivery excellence.

The role requires deep knowledge of Office 365 administration, Azure, Citrix, and related technologies, with focus on business transformation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Citrix, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager.
• Knowledge of Audio/Video Conference room devices and Power Platform.
• Ability to align IT solutions with business goals.
• Exposure to SOWs, pricing metrics, and mainframe consulting services.
• Understanding of SOWs, SLAs, and performance management metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide IT optimization and business alignment through architecture roadmaps.
• Participate in RFPs/RFIs, due diligence, and pre-sales support.
• Engage in governance and delivery oversight across service delivery teams.
• Direct problem, change, and incident management processes per ITIL.
