Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with our retail client team and lead the development of innovative digital solutions to drive EA strategy and thought leadership.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements, defining architecture patterns, and developing roadmaps for transformation. Extensive experience with TOGAF/BIZBOK and governance practices is required.

Qualifications

• Retail client project experience within the last 5 years is required.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and TOGAF/BIZBOK.
• Experience defining architecture patterns and reference architectures.
• Experience with current state analysis, transformation, portfolio management, and tech debt assessment.
• Defining EA content management processes, standards, and governance.

Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with our retail client team and lead the development of innovative digital solutions to drive EA strategy and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/use cases and translate into EA solutions.
• Evaluate Enterprise Architecture maturity and develop roadmap for improvement
• Define EA operating model, scope and implementation plan
• Define and implement Architecture Governance, Metrics and EA Content Management processes
• Assess EA tool features and propose appropriate tooling solutions for client requirements
• Develop and deliver training content related to EA concepts, standards and processes
• Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for EA processes.
• Drive Enterprise Architecture strategy and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Retail client project experience (this is a must) within the last 5 years.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK
• Experienced in defining Architecture Patterns and Reference Architectures
• Experience with developing EA solutions pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment
• Defining and implementing EA Content Management processes, EA standards (principles, templates) and processes (governance, knowledge management).
• Developing integrated architecture insights leveraging data across various systems of record.
• Developing EA solutions pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment.

Academic qualifications/Level of Education:

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 155,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 229,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
