Job summary

You will troubleshoot medium to complex wireless issues and mentor junior staff across the UNI network team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts and RF fundamentals.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Validate RF performance and reliability; monitor data to improve system performance.
• Design and implement wireless network solutions with senior engineers; develop lab environments for testing.
• Mentor analysts and junior staff; document procedures and after-hours incident handling.
