Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi Infrastructure Testing, including rack build-out and deployment of networking equipment.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi protocols and wireless networking principles (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Strong Python programming skills with experience developing network-focused applications, automation tools, or test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure solutions.
• Build, configure, and maintain wireless test environments including rack installation and equipment integration.
• Perform functional, interoperability, scalability, performance, and reliability testing of Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Validate wireless features across 802.11 standards and analyze network traffic with Wireshark to diagnose issues.
• Develop test automation tools and scripts using Python to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Document test results, defects, and performance metrics; support lab infrastructure improvements.
