Job summary

Intelligence Careers is seeking a User Experience Architect to lead user-centered design for NGA enterprise systems, guiding design activities from requirements gathering to testing. You will work on web-based design initiatives, ensuring seamless interfaces and consistent UX across platforms.

The role requires strong experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and records management, with collaboration across stakeholders to define needs and deliver user-focused solutions.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing business solutions on the Microsoft 365 Platform (SharePoint Online, Power Platform).
Extensive experience migrating from legacy SharePoint 2019 / SPSE with JSLink technology.
Ability to engage with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to identify needs and deliver user-focused solutions.
Strong skill in organizing content, workflows, forms, and collaboration spaces for usability and sustainment.
Experience with records management principles as an information officer and leading inventory efforts.
Working knowledge of Nintex and Nitro Studio for workflow and forms tooling is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
Experience modernizing legacy business applications and reporting solutions to enterprise platforms.
