MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting business solutions using the Microsoft 365 Platform including SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Extensive experience working with legacy SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE) with JSLink technology to be able to complete a migration on multiple fabrics.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver user-focused solutions, and support the use of trusted data for decision‑making
• Strong experience organizing business content, workflows, forms, and collaboration spaces in a way that improves usability, maintainability, and long‑term sustainment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human‑Computer Interaction, Information Science, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience working in interactive design, user testing, front‑end development, or a related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in interactive design, user testing, front‑end development, or a related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. -AND- IT‑related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired:

• Working knowledge of legacy or complementary workflow and forms tools such as Nintex and Nitro Studio
• Experience working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to modernize or transition legacy business applications, workflows, and reporting solutions to more sustainable enterprise platforms
