Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions built on Microsoft 365.

You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Teams in a Managed Cloud Services environment to deliver scalable and secure business outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, security, and incident management while collaborating with global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
• Experience delivering enterprise collaboration and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience working in Managed Services, Cloud Services or Application Support environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Experience with incident, change, release and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build automated workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
• Develop and configure SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, content types, and permissions.
• Create custom forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement reusable components and templates to accelerate solution delivery.
• Configure and manage SharePoint Online environments.
• Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components, web parts, and extensions.
• Customize SharePoint sites using modern pages and Microsoft best practices.
• Support document management, records management, and collaboration solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, SQL databases, and third‑party applications.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs where required.
• Implement data integrations using Dataverse and cloud-based services.
• Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.
• Managed Services & Support provide L2/L3 support for production applications and SharePoint environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and integration challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery standards.
• Implement Power Platform and SharePoint governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and information protection requirements.
• Support environment management, application lifecycle management (ALM), and deployment processes.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposals when required.
