Job summary

Squarespace is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Lead to shape how transformation initiatives are structured and delivered across the organization. This hybrid NYC-based role involves owning enterprise-level design decisions and partnering with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to move critical work forward.

You will report to the Senior Manager Financial Systems and influence strategic decisions, resolve dependencies, and drive improvements that scale across countries and products.

Job Description

Squarespace is looking for an Enterprise Transformation Lead to serve as the enterprise design authority, shaping how transformation initiatives are structured and delivered across the organization. Our Financial Systems team drives the systems and processes that keep Squarespace’s financial operations running with precision and scale. We are a focused, cross-functional team based in NYC, partnering closely with finance, technology, and operational leaders to move critical work forward. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Engineering, and Operations to resolve complex dependencies and align on strategic decisions. This is an opportunity for you to own enterprise-level design decisions at a company scaling across hundreds of countries and multiple products.

This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to the Senior Manager Financial Systems.

Cash Compensation Range: $178,500 – $210,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
