Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to manage complex migration and strategic initiatives from planning to implementation. The role partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and risks are proactively managed.

The ideal candidate thrives in evolving environments, applies critical thinking, and leads projects using traditional PM practices with Smartsheet rather than Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise migration, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide migration and initiatives from planning through go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business lines, operations, risk, finance, talent, technology, and other partners.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and serve as the central coordination point for execution and communication.
• Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and opportunities, driving resolution strategies.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and communications.
