• Experience leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs for transformation and migration.
• Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Demonstrated program leadership with attention to detail in complex transformations.
• Strong business acumen to translate client needs into transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs with C-level executives.
• Develop board-ready proposals and value-driven business cases.
• Drive architectural planning, execution plans, and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client migrations, transitions, and governance for steady-state operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and strategies for transformation.
• Lead discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops with client and resources.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Secure executive buy-in and build trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate with Product and PM to drive product enhancements and roadmap changes.
• Monitor budget attainment and identify cost-saving opportunities.
