Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance seeks a senior transformation leader to own the integrated D&T roadmap, manage interdependencies, and drive measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior executives to shape priorities, set governance, and deliver scalable change across technology and product domains.

You will lead a small transformation team, advance AI-enabled initiatives, and ensure governance and adoption metrics are in place to realize value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10–15 years leading enterprise transformation or related programs.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and driving cross-functional change.
• Experience in product-led environments with agile delivery.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans and governance.
• Strong executive influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated transformation roadmap across D&T priority workstreams.
• Establish and manage the transformation operating rhythm with cadences and metrics.
• Lead adoption of the product operating model and measure maturity gains.
• Drive AI Engineering and PDLC transformation with scaled practices.
• Ensure cross-workstream alignment with strategy, portfolio, and change readiness.
• Build and mentor a small team of transformation program leads.
