Job summary

Forged Fiber seeks a Director of Operational Excellence & Strategic Program Management to lead a high‑performing PMO across Build, Field Operations, Engineering, IT, HR and Finance. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, govern initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes aligning with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 5+ years in PMO/Programs leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation across multiple units.
• Strong governance, portfolio management and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting high-growth or infrastructure programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs/PMOs and drive enterprise initiatives across functions.
• Establish portfolio processes, visibility, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure governance standards, reporting, and execution methodologies.
• Provide executive oversight from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and resolve key risks and blockers.
