United Parcel Service, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, Enterprise Transformation Analytics & Automation to develop automation and analytics solutions that improve business processes, strengthen controls, and enable better decisions across the enterprise.

The role partners with data and technology teams on SQL, Google Cloud, dashboards, data pipelines, and governance. You will translate business questions into analyses, build Alteryx workflows, and lead cross‑functional initiatives

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, finance, operations, analytics, automation, or enterprise transformation.
Alteryx: Hands‑on experience developing Alteryx workflows, including data preparation, joins, transformations, formulas, macros or reusable components, validation, exception handling, and production support.
Business process knowledge: Ability to understand and document processes across multiple functions and connect operational activities, data, controls, and business outcomes.
Analytical capability: Ability to investigate data, identify patterns and exceptions, reconcile results, solve ambiguous problems, and communicate practical recommendations.
Controls mindset: Experience designing or operating data‑quality checks, reconciliations, approval points, audit trails, and other controls for enterprise solutions.
Communication: Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and explain requirements, logic, risks, and results in clear business language.
Delivery: Experience managing work from discovery and design through testing, deployment, documentation, training, and support.

Responsabilités

Partner with functional leaders and SMEs to discover current-state processes, rules, pain points, data dependencies, risks, controls, and outcomes.
Design, build, test, deploy, document, and support Alteryx workflows automating data preparation, reconciliations, reporting, calculations, and repeatable activities.
Support cross-functional enterprise transformation delivery spanning Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and other areas.
Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights for leaders.
Work with data from multiple systems to enable reliable data flows and controlled handoffs between sources, cloud platforms, and reporting tools.
Build validation, reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, and monitoring into automation and analytics solutions.
Convert business needs into documented requirements, data logic, workflow designs, testing scenarios, and implementation plans.
Lead or support user acceptance testing, defect resolution, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
Develop templates, documentation, design standards, and reusable components to improve speed and governance.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and value realization to partners, tech teams, and leadership.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and scale solutions across teams.
