• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
• Partner with executive IT leadership to set technology priorities, investments, and modernization initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions for engineering, design, project delivery, and operations.
• Establish enterprise technology standards, governance, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technology planning initiatives supporting 15% annual organizational growth.
