Qualifications

12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
5+ years leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture.
Experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees.
Experience managing distributed organizations across multiple locations.
Experience leading technology transformation initiatives.
Preferred experience: Architectural & Engineering industry experience.
Preferred experience: Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint; CAD/BIM experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with growth.
Partner with Executive IT leadership to set priorities and modernization initiatives.
Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
Establish governance frameworks and technology standards.
Lead planning for projected 15% annual growth.
