Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering tech, business or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture.
• Experience supporting organizations with 500+ employees.
• Experience managing distributed organizations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Define and maintain enterprise technology architecture across business apps, platforms, cloud, integration, data and end-user computing.
• Establish standards for application selection, cloud adoption, integration, tech debt reduction and platform modernization.
• Lead technology governance and lifecycle management to ensure measurable business value.
• Partner with executives and leaders to translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud transformation, workflow automation, and data-driven decision support.
• Oversee vendor management and technology investments for ROI.
