The Enterprise Technical Operations Specialist is a member of the Customer Success team responsible for the technical deployment, configuration, support, and ongoing operational success of CONNEQT Health’s enterprise solutions.
This is a hands‑on role that combines enterprise system build‑out, Windows imaging and administration, customer technical support, and Arterial Health Report subscription operations.
A key responsibility of the position is preparing CONNEQT enterprise systems for customer deployment. This includes physical system assembly, Windows imaging, software installation, device configuration, testing, quality checks, and maintaining standardized system configurations.
Once deployed, the role supports customers throughout the lifecycle of the solution, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system reliability, supporting subscription access, and coordinating with Product and Engineering when deeper investigation is required.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between hardware, Windows, software, customer accounts, and cloud‑based systems to determine where an issue originates and drive it through resolution.

Build, configure, and prepare CONNEQT enterprise systems for customer deployment.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain standardized build procedures to ensure enterprise systems are produced consistently and reproducibly.
Own and maintain the processes used to configure enterprise Windows systems.
This includes:
Work with Product and Engineering as needed to ensure deployed systems remain compatible with current CONNEQT software and hardware requirements.
Perform technical quality checks before enterprise systems are released for deployment.
Validate:
Maintain accurate build, configuration, test, and deployment records.
Provide ongoing technical support for deployed CONNEQT enterprise customers.
Troubleshoot issues involving:
Work systematically to determine whether an issue originates from hardware, Windows, networking, application software, configuration, customer accounts, or backend systems.
Provide remote troubleshooting support and coordinate system reconfiguration, replacement hardware, or escalation when required.
Support customers using the Arterial Health Report subscription platform.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving:
Investigate issues across systems to determine where failures have occurred and take appropriate corrective action using approved administrative tools and processes.
Partner with Customer Success to support the technical aspects of new enterprise customer onboarding.
Help ensure that:
Serve as a technical resource for Customer Success throughout implementation and ongoing account support.
Troubleshoot technical issues systematically across hardware, operating systems, applications, customer accounts, subscriptions, and supporting systems.
Review available system information, logs, configuration data, account records, and other diagnostic information to identify root causes rather than simply escalating unresolved issues.
Where appropriate, use administrative tools, database queries, APIs, scripts, logs, or other technical resources to investigate and resolve problems.
Identify issues requiring Product or Engineering involvement and provide clear, structured escalations.
Document:
Work with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for CONNEQT employees and company systems as needed.
Support:
Provision, configure, maintain, and decommission company computers and user accounts in accordance with internal security and IT procedures.
Maintain accurate records of enterprise system components and company IT assets.
Support:
Help ensure the appropriate hardware and components are available to support scheduled enterprise deployments.
Administer users, permissions, and access across company SaaS platforms.
Support appropriate role‑based access and maintain accurate records of user accounts, software licenses, devices, and assigned equipment.
Assist with identity and access management across Microsoft and other company systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for:
Create repeatable processes that allow enterprise systems to be built, deployed, and supported consistently as customer volume increases.
Identify repetitive build, imaging, provisioning, and support activities that can be automated or standardized.
Help develop scripts, tools, templates, or workflows that:
The objective is not simply to complete individual builds and support requests, but to continually improve the systems used to deliver and support CONNEQT’s enterprise solutions.
Track recurring hardware, software, deployment, subscription, and customer support issues.
Provide structured feedback to Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify underlying causes and improve future system designs and deployment processes.
Where recurring issues can be eliminated through better hardware configuration, imaging, automation, documentation, software, or product changes, help drive those improvements.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Naperville, Illinois.
Compensation will be based on experience, technical capabilities, and demonstrated proficiency in Windows administration, system deployment, troubleshooting, customer support, and automation.
