Joint Commission seeks a seasoned IT leader to oversee the Technology Strategy and IT PMO, aligning internal and external partnerships with the enterprise plan. You will drive governance, performance metrics, and cost optimization while enabling healthcare accreditation initiatives through robust IT solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and expanding the synergies between business and IT to reduce the certification burden on health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Clinical Practice or related discipline is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading IT programs and healthcare IT initiatives is preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, portfolio management and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the IT PMO and manage the IT project portfolio across enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure governance, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics are maintained.
• Develop and implement enterprise engagement procedures and cross-functional collaboration strategies.
• Coordinate budgeting activities and cost optimization across IT.
• Provide leadership for clinical implementation training and QA across applications.
