Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Technology Intern to help deliver critical functionality on our SaaS platforms from our Austin headquarters.

You will work with analysts and developers on configuration, development, integrations, and operational tooling across our application portfolio. This internship is ideal for students pursuing CS, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or related fields, and eager to contribute to defense technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals; comfortable reading and writing code.
• Clear written communication and ability to document work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure within enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Slack): fields, flows, permissions, reports, dashboards.
• Write and test automations, scripts, or declarative logic to streamline processes.
• Support integration work between systems (NetSuite–Workday, Salesforce data flows) and validate data/APIs.
• Maintain operational documentation including runbooks and technical specs.
• Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across SaaS portfolio.
• Support user-acceptance testing and change management for in-flight projects.
• Troubleshoot configuration and access issues with Enterprise Technology team.
