• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in talent management, with 7+ years in management.
• 8+ years of progressive talent management experience in a global org.
• Expertise in performance management, succession, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to design enterprise frameworks, governance, and scale across large orgs.
• Strong influence, communication, executive consulting, and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise talent philosophy, frameworks, and governance.
• Own design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent practices.
• Establish standards, guardrails, roles, and governance for high-quality decisions.
• Maintain enterprise source of truth for talent practices: principles, processes, policies.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate needs into enterprise talent priorities.
• Lead cross-functional talent transformation with clear process, data, tech, and enablement.
• Define organizational needs and translate talent practices into scalable solutions.
• Use analytics and insights to evaluate effectiveness and guide future design.
• Define measures of adoption, quality, and business impact; monitor outcomes.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities to improve scalability and usability.
