Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise performance management, talent review, and succession planning.
• Experience building scalable talent programs and processes.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable programs and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and improvement of performance management, talent review, and succession planning programs.
• Own end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Coordinate program delivery with HR partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
• Develop and deliver communications, training, and job aids for managers and staff.
