Job summary

Northwest Permanente is seeking a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for physicians and administrative staff. You will guide long-range physician workforce strategy, partner with senior leadership, and establish standards across the organization. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration, and accountability to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ten years of progressive talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Five+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for physicians and staff.
• Lead enterprise onboarding strategy including orientation for physicians and staff.
• Develop long-range physician workforce planning alongside HR leadership.
• Use data insights to forecast gaps and report to senior leadership.
• Manage Talent Acquisition budget and vendor relationships.
