Job summary

FHI 360 in the United States seeks an Enterprise Systems Program Manager within Digital, Technology & Transformation (DTT) to lead a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives, focused on financial and HR applications, spanning multiple business functions.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, ensure governance and standards, oversee vendors, and drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management and IT programs.
• Experience with software development life cycle and structured implementation standards (ITIL, CMMI).
• Understanding of ERP, financial management, grants management, HCM, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience with portfolio governance and vendor management; global/multinational exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives across multiple functions from planning to implementation and operational transition.
• Engage stakeholders, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, DTT, and technical SMEs.
• Track budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues with corrective actions.
• Ensure governance, security, and enterprise architecture alignment; maintain documentation.
