Job summary

FHI 360's Enterprise Systems Program Manager will lead a portfolio of enterprise applications and strategic technology programs across the Digital, Technology & Transformation (DTT) organization. You will coordinate budgets, roadmaps, and governance while aligning initiatives with business priorities and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong program management experience, broad knowledge of HR and financial systems, and the ability to partner with executives, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management and IT programs experience.
• Experience with ITIL, CMMI or similar software delivery standard.
• Familiarity with Costpoint Deltek, Workday, Salesforce, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives with roadmaps, plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics across the full lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, DTT, and technical SMEs, ensuring business needs are clearly represented.
• Track status, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues, applying corrective actions to stay on track.
• Ensure governance and compliance with organizational priorities, enterprise architecture standards, security, and methodologies.
