Job summary

Cypress Creek Energy is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead process design, documentation, FP&A reporting support, and governance of the team's software contracts. This role acts as the Director's right hand, growing into broader Digital Enterprise ownership and taking the Directors authority in their absence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis or IT/operations, strong skills in Lucidchart/Visio, advanced Excel, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as business analyst, business systems analyst, or IT/ops role.
• Experience building process diagrams/workflows (Lucid, Visio, or similar).
• Strong written communication; polished documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build process maps and workflow diagrams in Lucid for current and future state.
• Produce clear documentation: SOPs, requirements docs, meeting records.
• Partner with Enterprise Lead to capture requirements before system changes.
• Lead small-to-medium cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery.
• Manage timelines, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with NetSuite team on business-requirements side of initiatives.
• Work with FP&A to design/optimize recurring reports and dashboards.
• Own governance of the Digital Enterprise SharePoint site and file structure.
