Job summary

VTG is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Integrator to provide enterprise-level integration leadership for government and program leadership across mission-critical environments. Based in Aurora, Colorado, you will guide strategy, oversee standards, and coordinate cross-team integration efforts with Agile Release Trains and external partners.

The role requires 10+ years in systems integration, TS/SCI with Poly, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading complex, multi-vendor, system-of-systems integrations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Clear leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of cloud, data, and legacy system integration at scale (preferred).

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $110,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for and depending on the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
